We stayed at the hotel for the second time and both times we were VERY disappointed in the parking arrangements. In my business, repeat and referral is what makes me sugccessful. Then for other times (which is most of the time, right?), open up one or two of the valet lots to hotel guests. Give warnings to non-guests and have their cars toed if they park the 3rd time in the hotel guest lot and they only use the casino.Īnother suggestion - during special events, use all the lots you want for valet parkinbg only. So, my suggestion - make the customer parking lot next to the valet lots HOTEL GUEST ONLY. And they have a designated parking lot for hotel guests.

To give you some background, many 4-5 star hotels give hotel customers a sticker to place on their windshield stating they are hotel guests. And it it always full with foks going into the casino.Įrgo, we had to park in the north lot about 300-400 feet away from the hotel entrance and this time my wife had a broken leg and really needed handicap parking. Hotel customers have one two lane parking lot with 8 handicapped spots. There are at least 3 Valet Parking lots and both visits they were less than 1/3rd filled, leaving about 60-70 parking spaces empty.
